MediOne tourniquet cuffs are designed to provide safe pressure control and high patient comfort during surgical procedures. With size options that accommodate various limb circumferences, they can be used for both pediatric and adult patients.
The durable fabric used on the outer surface ensures long-lasting performance under intensive use, while the flexible inner air bladder (TPU) helps distribute pressure evenly. The single-chamber design makes application practical and speeds up the workflow of surgical teams.
The color-coded edge system used in the models allows easy identification of each size and accelerates preoperative preparation.
Our cuffs are washable and suitable for long-term use with proper maintenance. Before each use, the surface integrity and hose connection should be checked.
Harsh chemical cleaners should be avoided; instead, a soft cloth and appropriate cleaning solutions are recommended. When cleaned and stored correctly, both the fabric structure and the inner air bladder maintain their performance for an extended period.

Tourniquet cuffs are developed to provide a safe working field for surgical teams during preoperative preparation and throughout the procedure. Their ergonomic form and flexible body structure wrap the limb comfortably and adapt to a wide range of patient sizes.
Each cuff includes a product label indicating the model code, size, LOT number, and manufacturer details. The square code (UDI) on the label allows quick registration in hospital information systems and supports full traceability.
The flexible hose ensures stable pressure transfer between the device and the cuff. Its kink-resistant structure adapts easily to position changes in the surgical environment and gives users freedom of movement.
The colored strips on the edges create a distinct visual identity for each size. This system helps the surgical team quickly select the correct cuff during preparation and reduces the risk of mismatch.
Thanks to the adjustable Velcro structure, the cuffs fit securely around various circumferences. The fastening system offers quick application and helps the cuff remain stable throughout the procedure.
